We aim to understand the specifics that each support provider requires from a property in order for them to best support the tenants living there. We will aim to create and deliver a bespoke, modern and sustainable property to fit in with the philosophy and needs of the specific provider and their staff.
We work closely with local authorities to understand their requirements for new services and where they would need one of these to be, then source, refurbish and adapt or build a suitable property to the LA’s wishes for the cohort of individuals they have identified as requiring homes with support. We are happy to partner with preferred support providers alongside the local authority to provide quality housing solutions.
Clinical Commissioning Groups
We work alongside Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCG’s) to understand the property requirements for the individuals that might have more complex needs, such as people who may be a part of the Transforming Care programme, or potentially moving out of hospital, or from a residential care home into a more community-based setting. These properties may require additional adaptations to be made due to the increased level of needs that some people might have and we’re happy to design these to suit.
We partner with Housing Associations to provide a long-term, sustainable housing solution, making arrangements with a care provider with a commitment to manage and maintain the property over a period of 15-25 years.
